Basement Gut And Reno
Worked with Koncept to gut our basement and rebuilt it. Project included waterproofing, raised a beam into ceiling, new plumbing, electrical, new doors and windows, new stairs, new bathroom.
Worked with Eric as the project manager and Jerry as the main contractor. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They were excellent, a pleasure to deal with, fair and honest. There were a few small surprises and we navigated them all with ease.
Would highly recommend working with them and will refer them to friends.

Basement Update, Breezeway Improvements And Hiding A Ceiling Mounted A/C Unit
We hired Koncept Building to smooth textured walls and replace flooring in our basement, build a coffered ceiling to hide a ceiling mounted a/c unit and to insulate, install drywall and pot lights and tile in our breezeway (soon to be mud room). A friend with very discerning taste had recommended Koncept building and after speaking with Greg and meeting with Rami and Eric, we felt confident that they would be perfect for the job. Everything was handled professionally and looks great. The work is high quality and our home is greatly improved. All trades were careful and courteous. Eric managed the entire project, including my various requests for ad-hoc new tasks like an absolute pro. The quote we received was complete and clear. It was honestly so nice to work with this team. We would hire them again in a second.

Rami, Eric and his team did a great job! The have proper plumber, electrician, hvac and other trades on their team! The work was completed on schedule and the team goes out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service. They are very responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced and deliver beautiful results. We've done several projects together and I would hire them again. Thanks again for your hard work!

Small Kitchen And Bath Reno
I feel like I hit the jackpot with Koncept... This was my first reno and I was prepared for the worst after hearing reno horror stories from friends and family. Koncept came in on time and on budget. They always answered my calls and made themselves available, not to mention just being an all around great group of guys!

Rami and his team were amazing from beginning to end of this project. They are totally professional and their attention to detail was simply on another level. New Bathroom & Laundry Room Reno
I had a bathroom on the third floor of my house converted to a bathroom. All new plumbing, a new vent and specific design ideas in mind. I am so happy with the final results. The bathroom not only looks amazing but everything went smoothly. I had put off the project in the past partly because I'd always heard renovations are such a nightmare, but I was very pleased with everything from start to finish, and now I have a bathroom and laundry room that I love.

Stunning Master Bathroom Renovation
We are thrilled with the quality and professional service we received from Rami, Eric and their entire team. What an incredible transformation. We now have a stunning spa like bathroom - with lots of storage in the vanity, wall to glass shower and beautiful and comfortable stand alone bathtub. Rami and Eric were amazing !! They were always available to discuss timing of the project. They are now doing a complete renovation on our entire main floor - stay tune for incredible pictures. We highly recommend Koncept for all your needs- they do it all - big or small. You will not be disappointed.
